ALL SHE WROTE

ALL SHE WROTE

All she wrote was her heart so you could see

She didn’t wear it on her sleeves, she didn’t have any

So wrote it on a piece of paper that she carried in page 18

All she wrote was all she was

Young, broken but still a little hopeful

(a child)

All she wrote was her cry to her maker

Prayers he heard every night

That gave her a pen so she would write

All she wrote made her strong,

Gave her strength and hope, with a little light

So that when tomorrow comes, she would still be here

But at las all she wrote was about to change

Still a mess but that would soon end

Because all she wrote was part of growth

So, she wrote.

-KIISH.
